With our wide range of production equipment and experience, we provide print and finishing services to many trade partners including design agencies, printers, signwriters, display companies, outdoor media and print brokers, complimenting their offerings with our production solutions or broadening their offerings where required. We work with our partners to establish a delivery structure that allows an effective service in the strictest of confidence.

PRODUCTION PRINTING

Up to 3 metres wide and to any length, we offer high quality printing onto flexible medias up to 100 square metres per hour. Ideal for billboards, posters and self adhesive graphics.

SPECIALTY PRINTING

Across our six large format printers we produce onto a wide range of materials and substrates and utilise specialty ink systems including white, fluro and metallic.

DIGITAL & ROUTER CUTTING

Utilising the world’s fastest, most precise cutting system, The Zund G3 has all the tools needed for cutting and routing almost any shape or material. From textile displays to aluminium elements.

DYE SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Digital Dye-Sublimation printing utlising the Roland Texart XT-640 printer and heat transfer system.
The Process allows us to print and transfer to a wide range of textiles and fabrics with an extremely high gamut of colour and vibrant detail.

FLATBED UV PRINTING

Our capabilities include printing direct to rigid and flexible media. With the versatility of CMYK & white ink and excellent print quality on materials up to 50mm thick

PRINT FINISHING

Big Colour offer a range of print finishing services that includes lamination, mounting, digital cutting of boards and substrates as well as the ability to install graphics is required.
