BUSINESS UPDATE: COVID-19 LEVEL 3
Big Colour hopes all of our clients and partners are keeping safe and well.
Big Colour is currently operating safely and in compliance with the public health requirements and all other health and safety conditions to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
We have completed a work plan for Level 3 conditions as is detailed below. The aim of this plan is to ensure business continuity for staff/customers/visitors safety during Level 3 conditions;

Big Colour is currently operating safely and in compliance with the public health requirements and all other health and safety conditions to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
We have completed a work plan for Level 3 conditions as is detailed below. The aim of this plan is to ensure business continuity for staff/customers/visitors safety during Level 3 conditions;
- We have set up the workplace to minimise contact, maintain safe distancing and keep common areas clean and sanitised.
- Our workshop and office will remain closed for visitors.
- Installation of signage will be arranged on a case by case basis as we need to comply with site conditions and their COVID-19 plan.
- Orders will be processed as usual by phone or email.
- All orders will be delivered by courier or freight forwarder, no deliveries by staff until lockdown levels allow.
- Due to delays in freight coming into New Zealand, prior to the Covid -19 Lockdown there may be some delays on inbound materials in the short-term and this may affect lead times. We will do our best to source alternatives and let you know if there are any delays.
- If there is a need for a customer to pick-up, this will need to be arranged prior at an agreed time.
